This year's event will be based on BASINGSTOKE

It will consist of:

1.  MINI Run starting at 2.00pm

2.  Bowling starting at 4.00pm  http://www.bowlplex.co.uk/centre.aspx?centre_id=1

3.  Dinner at the Wheatsheaf Inn (A30) starting at approx 7.00pm http://www.pub-explorer.com/hampshire/pub/wheatsheafhotelnorthwaltham.htm

Please book in here saying if you wish to attend: The Run, Bowling, Dinner: all 3 or any combination.

Christmas Menu:  4 Courses £22.25 per person; £11.95 per child: 

Starters (choose just one):
 

Caramalised Onion Soup:
  Topped with a cheese croute served with rustic (sic) bread and butter. 

Crayfish Cocktail:
  Crayfish tails topped with a citrus and chive yoghurt dressing, served with brown bread and butter. 

Smoked Duck Pate:
  Creamy smoked duck pate infused with Scottish raspberries served with damson chutney, toast and butter. 

Wild Mushroom Bruschetta:
  Wild mushrooms sauted in garlic butter on toasted pain de campagne with parmesan style cheese & fresh basil.

Mains:

Hand Carved Lincs Turkey & British Ham – traditionally served with all the trimmings.

Wild Pheasant – 2 pheasant breasts with a berry and red wine sauce.

35 day matured British sirloin steak – with a pepper & stilton sauce.  When ordering please state R-Rare, MR-Medium Rare, MW-Medium Well Done or WD-Well Done.

Scottish Delice of Salmon – with a champagne sauce and fresh herbs.
 
Roasted Winter Veg Tart Tatin – with vegetarian gravy. 

All main courses are served with roast and mashed potatoes, honey roasted parsnips and carrots and buttered sprouts.

Desserts: 

Trad Christmas Pud – with warm brandy sauce. 

Belgian Choc Mousse – with biscotti biscuits and Channel Island cream topped with raspberries.
 
Eton Mess – Crushed meringues and strawberries with raspberry coulis and fresh yoghurt.
 
Winter Fruit Crumble – apple and winter berries topped with crumble and served with custard.

Coffee & Mince Pies.

All, please let John (cooper_sport) know when/how you would like to pay the bowling and meal deposit.

Bowling comes to £10.50 (2 games) per adult and £9.20 (2 games) per child. This has all been booked and paid for with start time 4pm

Meal deposit is £5 per person

Silverfoxy (2) All Three       (Bowling and deposit to pay)
Hyperviper (1) All Three     (Bowling and deposit to pay)
Keith (1) All Three      (Bowling and deposit to pay)

Menu Selections:

DK: Pate, Steak-R, , Eton Mess.
HyperActive: Soup, Turkey, Choc Mousse.
cooper_sport: Crayfish, Pheasant, Choc Mousse.    £5 deposit paid
Alice Cooper: Chris: Wild Mushroom, Turkey, Belgian Choc Mousse,   £5 deposit paid
Alice Cooper: Terry: Wild Mushroom, Steak MR, Winter Fruit Crumble.   £5 deposit paid
Angie: Crayfish,Turkey,Eton Mess.
Brian: Duck Pate,Steak M.R. Eton Mess.
Cookies:
Andy: Crayfish Cocktail, Steak MR Eton Mess
Julia: CrayFish Cocktail, Salmon, Eton Mess
James: No Starter, Turkey & Ham, Eton Mess
Alice: No Starter, Turkey & Ham, Choc Mouse
Jennsie: Wild Muchroom, Turkey, Belgian Choc Mousse   £5 deposit paid
