I have made a good contact at the magazine who is keen to get stories and photos from the clubs so I will be looking to all of you to help me. Where we have a decent sized run, I will put together a write up and some photos and send them in in the hope they are published. You can help by posting pics in the run threads, and even sending me any anecdotal stories after the run. ***Also if you a re a run organiser, and would like your run promoted in the next edition of MM, please PM me.*** By promoting your run, it may well increase the number of attendees, but at the same time, will increase the traffic to our club and hopefully grow the membership! The reason your not supposed to is that instead of getting wax out you're actually pushing it further in so that it becomes all impacted and a problem! I have friends working in ENT who spend a lot of their time removing things from people's ears (including cotton wool that comes off the stick thing!). Stick to your elbow! | ||
