It does seem to me as though South Coast New MINI is increasingly becoming a modified Cooper S only-club and certain members would be happier if those of us without superchargers were not around to slow everyone else down. Works for me. I'm not sure you have enough experience of SCNM to make that assumption Kieth. SCNM runs have got slower as the years have gone on and I can say they useto be really quick and I could keep up in a One! The only reason I found it slow was 30mph in a 60 and 25mph in a 40. There has never been a mention that people should ever break the speed limit or drive above a speed they are comfortable with. I would love to hear your real reasoning for such a statement especially when the Cooper S owners are often the ones that do cruise at slower speeds as they drink petrol in comparision to the Ones or Coopers.
