Minimogel  Registered Member #346 Joined: Sat Feb 03 2007, 12:00AMPosts: 290 | Hi all, so i bought some JCW crome exhaust tips for my R56 cooper s from mini matt. I fitted them tonight and to my surprise my exhuast note has changed and im not just making it up. Before my car would on occasion when i changed to third gear just right give me a deep and slightly satisfiying pop. But now since i have just relpaced the tips the car noe on start up for abd first drive for about 2 mins until everything is warm bangs really loud like a proper backfire just with gentle reving and chnging gear its really loud like aftermarket and not deep but very rarspy, being the age i am i like it and the extra attension it brings. Please could someone tell me why this is happening. thanks | ||
