When the weather gets better lets arrange a day I can give you a hand. You need to clay the paint first tho which can be time consuming if done right. Anyone else want to join us? Am quite happy to let anyone have a go of the PC on their car too. Lee www.detailperfection.com

Been looking into getting one for a while, saw a guy locally on DW selling a complete kit with transformer for £130 so the mrs bought it me for my bday. Ok that'll be good. Planning on doing mine when i have had the front end done; No point wasting time doing the bonnet if its going to be painted! Yep ive clayed the car a couple of times already; i just use megs quick clay. very mild but easy to use and providing the car isnt too bad i find it gives good results. No harm in detailing round it tho. What wax have you choosen? I use Victoria Red at the moment gives a nice wet look. Collinite No. 476s Super DoubleCoat Auto Wax is also very good for dark colours. www.detailperfection.com

I've just gone for all poorboys products at the moment, its cheap and thought it would get me started. Im obviously no professional so i wont be achieving perfect results. I think the wax is called Nattys Paste?! Sold : 2002 Dark Silver&Black Cooper S - Loved It! Now : 2000 TT Coupe 225 - Loads of mods already
