 Well if he doesn't have an MCS by then, bring him along for the day or a MINI event and Im sure it will sway him!

 There is now a booking form online for mini clubs, But you have to pay upfront for the stand. Did we have to do that last year? can't remember?

 All,

If you would like a stand for the SCNM members, you MUST call Stephen Smith on 07710 284454 and request it.

You then must order your tickets in advance stating that you have a club stand.

This is to prevent clubs saying they want a stand and then not turning up!

I organised the show with Steve for a couple of years, but due to work commitments will only be looking after the Mini Cooper Register Registrar parking this year.

I am also the New MINI Cooper registrar for the Mini Cooper Register.

Anyway. The reason why we haven't got anything sorted out yet is coz this year, on the application form it says about club insurance...Well we dont have that! So can we still apply?

 Hi,

Apologies for delay in replying!

You are always welcome to the show, but if a club doesn't have it's own insurance then they can't have a club stand.

Unfortunately this is all down to the H&S police !!!

If you have a club stand without club insurance and somebody gets injured on the stand then you are personally liable.

I think the best thing to do is to meet up outside, convoy down and park together in the New MINI parking area, setting up an impromtu SCNM area!!!!

Unless, you can organise some club insurance in the meantime?
