Funny you should ask Dave. Just got a letter this morning from castle combe telling me they are now taking bookings for the action day. Going to email/phone them this week to get a booking form. Once I get the form I will be looking to confirm who wants what in the way of track time and parking on the stand.

We will have ot sort out who has cameras. Last years footage John took was ace. I might even see if I can borrow a camera from someone for this year.

I think I am gonna go for 4 sessions this year. Two in the rain, and two in the sun in the afternoon

Yep need to make sure we have a few camera's and try and make sure we all get filmed being followed at least once thoughout the day. I ended up leaving my camera attached to one head rest and then just swaping it around different MINI's thoughout the day.

Really wish I had the money to get a HD video camera but they are still a lot of money at the moment.

Well at the moment I've got room for one more car so you can bring the classic onto the stand if you like

I've now sent the form back to Maria at Castle Combe. Hopefully she will come back to me soon confirming we can have the track passes I've requested. Once she does and charges my credit card I will PM everyone asking for payments.

Total bill for passes came to £340!

I will be going, but as with last year I'm on the P&SC stand. On our stand, my car is 'just another MINI' but on their stand it's the only New MINI.

I shall obviously wander along, and not just for a slice of Jo's cake. I can well remember last year walking the circuit of the track in the rain anticipating watching people spinning out, whilst we all ribbed Arron about his Wing Commander jacket. Chocks away..!

It was bone dry on Thursday Matt so you will need an awful lot of rain to get out yr pac-a-mac

Does it fit over the Clubman then?
