I found a leberal spray of WD40 after washing the car kept the rust away....

but I haven't done that for a while so theyv'e started to rust

The lens is broken on one of my spotlights,do you know if i can just buy the lens or do i have to buy a new unit.

nope .... the brackets ive got are powder coated .... thus not creating an earth at the lights .... no instructions or fitting guides anyware show the lights them selvs need an earth .... need to remove the nuts on the bottom and scrape all the plastic away ....

looks good tho ... i prefer them close together ... kinda gives it the rally look ..... (wink wink)

finaly got them working today .... nice earths installed today

but .....

have just gone out into the forest and tested them and thay worked fantasticaly .... untill the burning smell started !!!! then thay wouldent swich on at all !!!

got home and looked under the bonnet and the fuse holder has melted !!! noooooo!

Oh dear. Do you have all 4 spots on 1 relay and 1 fuse?

Mine needed 2 relays and fuses. 2 spots on a separate circuit.

Mine melted too before I had that done.

Halfords should have them, I think they're all the same but just check that first.
