I and my co-runner from Bath, Matt, have set up a small interim challenge to see us through the summer (after the BHF 10k jog and the 7k JP Morgan Corporate Challenge!). We will be cycling the 59 miles from London to Southend in July, and are hoping to raise £250 for The British Heart Foundation. If you think you will be having a heart attack some time in the next thirty years, why not invest in your future now??!! http:// www.justgiving.com/ ridephatboyzride All cash greatfully received! p.s. if anyone wants to join us, pm me.... Ask Poser and Blackferret Im sure that would be right up their street Image: http:// i46.photobucket.com/ albums/f115/ missjoannemoore/ 4690_1174979335858_1 269308848_48684.jpg

Banter wouldn't be the same if my thread didn't keep jumping to the top![]() The next wee challenge is the Great South Run on October 25 in Portsmouth. I am running for Arthritis Care - you can read all about why on my charity page, but this is an important charity to me. If anyone has a few pounds that they are happy to give to a worthy cause then please throw them my way! www.justgiving.com/ pompey10 Thanks for looking and reading Image: http:// www.scnm.co.uk/ e107_plugins/ coppermine_menu/ albums/userpics/ normal_Phils% 20sig.jpg Another MK Photos Production

Pleased with the time though would have liked to come in under 1.20, but the wind in the last 2 miles was a howler!
