Hi Craig,

I will be going from Bournemouth and meeting Dave at Winnall Tesco at the A34/M3 junction. Not sure on times yet but your welcome to meet us as well. If you want to meet up before I get to Winnall Tesco let me know and I'll arrange something.

8.45am is fine with me. Also have my friends Hoang and Paul coming along to watch. They might be in the RX8 or just riding along in the MINI with me.

Lee,

Would it be possible for my friend with an RX8 to take part in the rolling road day if we have spare places?
He is coming along to watch but wondered if it would be possible to test his car as well.

Big thanks to Lee for getting the RR organised last Saturday.

Had a very nice turn out of different tuned MINI's from stock up to 270hp ish beasts.

I was very pleased with the results my MINI got considering the air temp was not ideal.

Wheel hp came out at 189 which worked out to 225 at the flywheel. With the high air temp I was expecting 205-210 hp, so to get 225 was a nice surprise.

Mods on the car to get this are:
GTT220 kit (17% pulley, spark plugs, air filter, optimized bypass valve)
Re-route pipe on exhaust
GRS Intercooler

I'll post pics of the various print outs I got later. Think I ended up with 4 prints in total. Wheel hp, flywheel hp, boost, and air to fuel ratio.

Have to say Surrey Rolling Road was great for the price. They did about 3-5 power runs on each car to get the best results and then gave all prints in a nice folder for the owner to keep.
