I thought you might say that.

Roland and I are getting there early since we are on track early morning so need to attend driver briefing and sort out cars. Myself, Dave and habibi will be there for around 7.30am so as long as everyone else can get there for 9am that would be great.

Arron, would you mind sorting out a later convoy for those getting to the track a bit later. If you like you can use my route I put up later and just adjust the times. I will also give you your tickets and anyone else's that plan to meet at the later time, end of this week.

Just I might be out on the town on Friday night thats all, so dont want to be up too early.

But I will have my lovely co-pilot with me who will help me get there!

I'll just need to know who I would be leading! And rough journey time it will take to get there from say Ringwood?

Hi Graham. Yes I did just haven't had time to reply yet. If your getting there for 8.30am I can meet you down at the gate with the free admission ticket or depending on the time Arron is arriving I can give yours to him and you meet up just outside the circuit.

I will keep hold of all the Track passes till on the day and people can then just collect them from the club stand.

I dont mind leading you up but i wont be starting from Ringwood, just need to find somewhere where our paths will cross.  Ill be going Shaftesbury, Warminster and onto Castle Coombe that way.

Not really but I would say by 9am since he is out on track @ 10.30am (needs to be sound tested and waiting in pit lane by 10.15am) and needs to attend a driving briefing by 9.30am at the latest.

 Right peeps! I have quite a few spare tickets if anyone is interested in coming along either on the stand(subject to space) or as passengers in the cars already going I think about 10 spare adult admission tickets at the moment All you need to do is be at one of the pick up points to collect in the morning for free entry

 Evening Dave, Chris & I would be interested in the trip on Sunday & if possible put the car on the cllub stand (Subject to space). But yes there are plenty of tickets available so no worries there

My understanding is that John is giving some to Arron to distribute on the second convoy and we'll be going in with the ones I have. But if more are needed we can meet the second convoy at the gate!

I was going to post on the P&S site but im confused why they have paid for all their tickets if they are having a club stand.......very confused! The agreement with the organisers is free entry as long as you make a great show on your stand and prizes for best car and stand
